Return Policy – KILA Silver Jewellery

Return Window: We offer a 2-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

  • We also accept exchanges

Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Used, worn, or altered products

  • Custom or modified jewellery

  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery

Return Methods:

  • By courier (mail)

  • In-store return

  • Drop-off location

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may assist after verification

Inspection & Approval:

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt

  • Returns are subject to approval based on product condition

Refunds:

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 10 business days

Important Notes:

  • Silver jewellery may tarnish depending on usage

  • Gold plating may fade over time

  • Slight variations in product appearance may occur due to lighting
