Return Window:
We offer a 2-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available for both defective and non-defective products

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Used, worn, or altered products

  • Custom or modified jewellery

  • Requests raised after 2 days of delivery

Process:

  • Customers must contact us with order details

  • Supporting images/videos may be required for verification

  • After approval, refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

Important Notes:

  • Silver jewellery may tarnish depending on usage

  • Gold plating may fade over time

  • Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences
